Hohloma and Gzel are Russian national art.
Hohloma painting uses black background, red flowers, berries and
gold leaves and other ornament. Sometimes it uses green a little
bit.
Usually Hohloma is painted on wooden dishes, spoons,
furniture.

Gzel painting uses only blue and white colors. Gzel is
painted on chinaware. Usually
china cups, teapots, saucers and different toys are
colored like this.

For craft you need:
- a paper plate
- cardboard
- a paint
- a glue
- scissors
Cut out handles, a spout, a lid,
a neck of a jug from cardboard. Glue them on the plate. Then your
kid can color jug or teapot like
Hohloma or Gzel with the paint.
