Rocket
You need:
- long paper roll (for
example from roller towel)
- construction paper
- scissors
- glue
Cut out the circles for windows
of rocket from colored
paper
Glue 3 circles on the roll
Cut out 3 semicircles for nozzles
and one semicircle for head. Cone these semicircles and glue them.
Glue 3 cones onto bottom of roll
and one cone on the top
You can decorate roll
with colored
paper before.
Tell
kids about jet propulsion. Gas gets out from
nozzles
to one side and rocket
moves to another side.
You can show jet propulsion
with balloon. Inflate
balloon
and free it. Air will gets out from balloon and it will move. It
will be funny.
That's my
idea, but probably it is in Internet as well, because it is easy
to invent
